Mike Drexler
is currently a Founder and Principal of DrexlerGellerAssociates, an executive search firm specializing in the advertising and media fields.
During his more than 40 years in advertising, Mike Drexler has planned and placed billions of dollars in media advertising both domestically and internationally for virtually every major product category.
Recently retired as Chief Executive Officer of Optimedia U.S., after a five year tenure, Mike previously opened the New York office for Mediasmith, an Interactive media agency headquartered in San Francisco. During the prior fourteen years he was Worldwide Media Director of FootConeBelding (FCB) and Bozell as well as Chairman of True North Media. Before that, Mike was Executive Vice President and Worldwide Director of Media and Programming at Doyle Dane Bernbach where he served for twelve years.
Mike began his career as a Media Assistant at Ogilvy and Mather where he became the youngest Vice President in the Company's history. He was later named Ogilvy's SVP, Director of Media and spent thirteen years with the agency.
In addition to serving on many industry committees, Mike has written articles that have appeared in many leading industry publications and has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard Business School. He was also a contributing author to "Marketing in the New Electronic Age" published by Harvard Business Press. In 2004, Mile was featured as one of the top 100 executives in "Leadership Secrets of the World's Most Successful CEO's" published by Dearborn Trade Publishing.
Rochelle Geller
is currently a Founder and Principal of DrexlerGellerAssociates, an executive search firm, specializing in the advertising and media fields.
Most recently, Rochelle led the HR function as SVP, Human Resources and Administration at ZenithOptimedia, a global communications company, with such clients as Toyota/Lexus, L'Oreal, Verizon, Nestle, Hewlett-Packard and others. In the last five years, ZenithOptimedia grew from approximately 400 to 1000 employees in the Americas through organic growth and acquisition with multiple offices in the US. This explosive growth provided opportunity to grow the HR function from the ground up and to align HR solutions to business initiatives including talent acquisition, mergers/ acquisitions, compensation, training and development, employee relations, organizational restructuring and policy development.
Prior to joining ZenithOptimedia, Rochelle led the HR function for the PoloRalphLauren brands and corporate divisions. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources for the Interactive Media division, a start-up at the time, created to mine the Viacom brands and create internet content.
Rochelle attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA and went on to receive her BS and MS degrees from Syracuse University in Art History and Counseling Psychology, respectively. Immediately after graduate school, Rochelle worked for several years as a Counseling Psychologist where she specialized in career testing and assessment for corporate and individual clients.
